Calendar and bookings
See every room by day, take a booking in a few taps, move guests between rooms, and leave a booking unassigned until the night before.
Check-in with ID and deposit
Ahohou asks for the guest’s ID and a one-night deposit before the key is handed over. A manager can override this in writing, and the override is logged.
Bills that split
Put the room on the company and the drinks on the guest, move a charge between bills, and print a tax invoice for each payer.
Pro forma invoices for companies
Send a priced quote before the stay, with a discount if you agree one. It is checked against your availability.
Restaurant, bar and spa tills
Touch tills for each outlet, with cash drawers. Guests can charge to their room only when they are checked in and their deposit covers it.
Housekeeping on their phones
Rooms to clean come first and the morning service list builds itself. When a guest checks out, the room appears as “to clean” on the housekeeper’s phone.
Your own booking page
Direct bookings with live availability, taxes shown, and a deposit or full payment, with no commission.
Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia
Calendar sync brings their bookings in and closes your dates everywhere. It runs every 15 minutes.
Keys and smart locks
TTLock door codes made for each stay, key-card encoders at the desk, and a log of every door event.
Night audit and reports
Close the business day, freeze the numbers, and see occupancy, average rate, RevPAR and who did what.
Guest houses and lodges too
Small properties get the same app. Start with the front desk and payments, then switch on the restaurant till, locks or channels when you need them. Features cost nothing extra: you pay only for the rooms you have.
