We work with hardware companies to bring you the best smart experience. Ahohou connects the locks and TVs to your bookings, so a guest’s door code and welcome screen are ready on arrival and gone at check-out.
Smart locks
No keys to hand over, no keys to lose. Each stay gets its own door code, and every door event is logged.
A door code for each stay
The code is made when the guest checks in, works only for the length of the stay, and is cancelled at check-out. TTLock locks work today.
Remote unlock from the desk
With a TTLock gateway, staff can open a door without leaving the front desk, for a guest who is locked out or a cleaner who is waiting.
Battery alerts
See which locks are running low before a guest is locked out.
A log of every door event
Who opened which door, and when, next to the booking it belongs to.
Key cards if you prefer them
Key-card encoders at the front desk work with the same check-in, so you can use cards in some rooms and codes in others.
No double handling
Codes follow the booking. If a guest moves room or leaves early, the old code is cancelled and a new one is made.
In-room entertainment
The TV is the first thing a guest looks at. Make it say hello, and make sure it forgets them when they go.
A welcome screen with the guest’s name
When a guest checks in, the TV greets them by name. When they check out, it returns to standby.
Cast from their own phone
Guests sign in to their own streaming apps or cast from their phone. Everything signs out at check-out, so the next guest sees nothing.
Hotel-mode TVs
A branded home screen, a channel list and messages to the room, on hospitality TVs such as Samsung’s.
Messages to the room
Show a welcome note, checkout reminders or a breakfast offer on the screen.
