One calendar for every site
Paste your Airbnb and Booking.com calendar links once. Their bookings come in, and your dates close everywhere. Calendars are checked every 15 minutes.
Direct bookings, no commission
Your own booking page shows live prices and takes a deposit or full payment by mobile money or card, straight into your account.
A private stay page for every guest
Send it on WhatsApp. The guest checks in online, pays the balance, gets the invoice and messages you.
Door codes for each stay
With TTLock smart locks, a code is made for each stay and cancelled at check-out, so nobody has to hand over keys.
Cleaning tasks
When a guest checks out, the unit turns to “to clean” and your cleaner sees it on their phone, with an alert while the app is open.
Money you can see
Every payment is recorded against the stay with a receipt, and the month’s takings appear on one screen.
Apartment rentals
Serviced and furnished apartments use the same plan. Each apartment is a unit, with its own calendar, bills and cleaning. Longer stays, deposits and company bills work just as they do for hotels.
No property fee, for 1 to 15 units. For Airbnb, short-let and apartment properties. A one-off setup fee of GH₵990 applies on monthly and quarterly plans. Pay yearly for 25% off and no setup fee.
