Simple pricing that grows with your property.
Hotels and guest houses pay for each room, plus a one-off setup fee. Every feature is included: front desk, booking engine, guest page, channel sync, restaurant and bar, smart locks and night audit. This is pilot pricing, and your quote confirms the final figure.
Hotels & guest houses
No property fee. One-off setup and training: GH₵990, free when you pay yearly.
- 10 rooms: GH₵850 a month
- 25 rooms: GH₵2,125 a month
- 55 rooms: GH₵4,675 a month

Airbnb, short-lets & apartments
No property fee, for 1 to 15 units. For Airbnb, short-let and apartment properties. One-off setup and training: GH₵990, free when you pay yearly.

Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and any levies that apply in your country. These are added to your invoice where they apply. We bill in Ghana cedis in Ghana and in US dollars elsewhere. Other currencies are a guide only, and your quote confirms the amount. Your payment provider (Paystack, Interpay or Stripe) charges its own transaction fees, and guest payments go straight to your account. There is no charge during the pilot. Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Setup and training is a one-off GH₵990. You pay it once, on your first monthly or quarterly invoice. It is free when you pay yearly or for longer.
What counts as a unit?
Each room, apartment or other bookable space that you rent out.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and any levies that apply in your country. These are added to your invoice where they apply.
Which currency do you bill in?
In Ghana we bill in Ghana cedis. Elsewhere we bill in US dollars. The pricing page also shows a guide in pounds, euros, naira, shillings, rand and CFA francs.
